Northern District of Florida U.S. Attorney Jason R. Coody announced Friday that a 42-year-old Milton man was arrested after a federal criminal complaint of alleged illicit sexual conduct in the Republic of Fiji. Coody announced that Jason R. Moore was charged with one count of illicit sexual conduct in foreign places between March 2013 and Feb. 2016. "Moore was arrested by Special Agents from the Department of Homeland Security and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement on Friday in Santa Rosa County," Coody's release stated.
