PENSACOLA, Fla. -- A former Pensacola dentist convicted of inappropriately touching one of his employees is out on jail. Dr. Charles Stamitoles, who served nine months in jail for a misdemeanor battery charge, was let out of the Escambia County Jail on Saturday. After serving his sentence, Dr. Stamitoles continued to be held in jail a felony perjury charge related to allegations that he lied to the court about why he violated conditions of his release back in January.
