We used her once, seemed convenient. The dogs looked decent, except she cut our females ears way too short, to the skin short. The real issue lies in her ability to communicate and schedule appointments. This lady has the customer service skills of a barn door. We had an appointment scheduled mid December, unfortunately we had to cancel. I called and she rescheduled us for late January. I just had to call her because she MISSED the appointment that SHE scheduled!!! I asked her her what had happened, and she first BLAMED me and said I cancelled, and then BLAMED my wife and said that "She must have sent her a text cancelling the appointment". Let me just say that we don't text to cancel. This is her attempting to cover up the fact that she failed to make the appointment that she set. Or maybe she was thinking of the DECEMBER cancellation. So it's blatant lying, incompetence, or stupidity. None of which I want from someone handling my pets. I would like to give her 0 stars but alas, I cannot. So 1 star but it's definitely not gold, or silver, or bronze.
