Woman that helped automatically had a attitude as soon as I got up to her desk. And hadn't even said a word to her. When I told her that I haven't been getting my mail for a while she said so what exactly do you mean? What do you think I mean I need my mail. and then I told her about a package I was supposed to get but when I went to check it said unable yo send to me and she rudely asked for my ID. And went to the back for a long time and came back saying she can't find it without a Tracking number. So she knew she couldn't find it and still wasted my time and the people behind me. When she could have just asked me nicely to come back with a tracking number. I had no idea. Its my first time having to come up the the post office. Rude rude rude. Phone is always busy too.
