Worst customer service in history. Working on account issues for over two and a half months with zero resolutions. They will never call you specifying that something is wrong even though you requested them to call if something was wrong. Then they'll mislead you into believing that everything is good and will be taken care of, but then hit you with the you never sent us the documents, the documents are unreadable (but I can open and read them just fine on my end) and these documents are not the ones we need. Talking to account managers does zero to resolve any of these issues and the people trying to help you lack the power to do so. If you are in the military I highly advise you to stay away from this company. Believe me, I've called this company well over 30 times in the past 2 months and nothing has been fixed, I'm still at square one with the same issue.
