Not satisfied with Wallace Sprinkler Inc. called and set an appointment for a technician to come to my residence, the lady set the appointment for the next day and gave me 1;00pm to 6:00pm window, not one showed and no phone call. i called today and she was not at all concerned about this issue. She stated she would call back and now 4 hours later no call. I wouldn't recommend this company for anything, if this is the way they treat there customers. And as far as their receptionist, she should find another job, she isn't pleasant at all as a customer service representative. Billy
